As the African sun begins to set, return to the villa and gather around the traditional boma (outdoor fire pit). Enjoy a delicious braai (barbecue) under the starlit sky, savouring authentic South African cuisine and sharing tales of your first safari experiences.

Please note that the following items are typically not included in the price of your Bush Villa Collection Kruger Park Safari:
- Drinks: Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are not included.
- Flights: The cost of your flights to and from your origin country and South Africa are not included.
- Visa Fees: Any applicable visa fees required for entry into South Africa are the responsibility of the traveller.
- Gratuities: Tips for guides, drivers, and lodge staff are not included and are at your discretion.
- Curio Purchases: Any personal expenses for souvenirs or other items.
- Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to your trip.
- Tourism Levies at Entrance Gates*: Please note that certain tourism or conservation levies may be payable directly at the entrance gates of parks or reserves. We will advise you of these if applicable.

Transport to and from
The Bush Villa Collection offers various options for accessing our lodges and joining your Kruger Park safari
- Self-drive: Our lodges in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate are easily accessible by car from Johannesburg (approximately a 5-6 hour drive) and other regional airports. Detailed directions will be provided upon booking.
- Flights: The Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport (HDS) is the closest airport, receiving daily flights from Johannesburg and Cape Town. We can arrange airport transfers to and from our lodges.
- Private Transfers: For a seamless and comfortable journey, Bush Villa Collection can arrange private transfers from Johannesburg or other locations directly to your lodge. Please inquire about this service when booking.
- Organised Tours: If you are joining a multi-day tour package with Bush Villa Collection, transportation to and from the park and potentially between lodges will be included as per your itinerary.
